Campaign Managers-Digital Marketing

Job Description: 

 Develop and implement strategies to ensure all clients and stakeholders are fully engaged.
 Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all regions and services lines are kept
informed and up to date on the capabilities.
 Position self as a trusted advisor with clients and partner with them to understand their
needs in Campaign management
 Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop integrated marketing campaigns
 Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
 Building campaigns, database selection, and quality assurance of all outbound campaigns.
 Performs day-to-day campaign marketing activities including, but not limited to, multiple
campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring,
triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
 Highlight technical issues related templates, list segmentation and other aspects of
execution, as required.
 Stays abreast of and recommends best practices design and testing of campaigns.
 Lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across devices
 Own and manage our customer/prospect database acquisition, segmentation, optimization,
integration, maintenance, integrity and security
 Grow the database and own business metrics (lead generation, account nurturing)
 Track and analyse the marketing campaigns for key metrics
 Use statistical analysis, past campaign behavioural response to create campaigns, optimize
lists, segmentation and ongoing improvement in effectiveness of campaigns
 Manage the technology to scale programs and improve effectiveness. Own the integration
of campaign with the client process and technology
 Develop and manage personalization strategy for campaigns improve response rates and run
lifecycle based campaigns
 Regular reporting on progress against goals and relevant metrics
 Process management and documentation
 Own responsibility for legal and regulatory compliance
 Consistently meet delivery targets and SLAs at defined Quality Standards
 Manage team of Database Research Analysts responsible for database generation and
management

Skillset:

 1-3 years’ experience in online marketing, preferably in B2B Services Industry with Global
exposure from Analytical/ Marketing/ Start-ups/Digital Marketing Companies
 Thorough understanding of Direct Marketing Principles
 Hands on experience in activation and nurturing programs, managing large databases,
profiling and segmentation
 Strong analytical and quantitative skill. Expert in using SQL/Excel, Pivot VLOOKUP to
manipulate data and perform high level or Micro data Analysis
 Fast learner, high attention for detail
