KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Provides the HRBP, and wider HR management team with proactive and reliable administrative and
advisory support, as required, to ensure all necessary paperwork and approvals are accurate and in place
for all employees and contractors

 Providing first line support and guidance employees to and line managers

 Managing all HR queries within agreed SLA’s effectively.

 Consulting on issues related to workplace relations and performance management Advising on staff
development

 This role will need to be able to multi-task and have good internal stakeholder management.

 Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices

 Provides first level support to HRBP in end to end HR Service, including operational/generalist HR matters
(maternity, disciplinary, grievances, right to work etc)

 Ensures HR policies are clearly understood and followed to support the business to drive cost efficiencies

 Ensures the global HR system (CIPHR) provides robust support to the business with accurate and timely
data inputting and management, reflecting new starters, movers, leavers, all payroll related changes,
contractual and structure changes etc

 Ensures all payroll processes are executed accurately

 Ensures all administrative filing is completed on a daily basis.

 Provide proactive and reliable administrative support to ensure necessary paperwork is accurate and in
place for all employees and contractors, including new employee contract generation, contractual changes,
pay and bonus letters and all other employee documentation as required

 Ensure full compliance with Right to work requirements including: right to work checks for all new starters,
annual visa checks inclusive of Tier 2 sponsored visa.

 Ensure all new starters’ onboarding is in place, including allocation of buddy, IT equipment, desk space as
well as an induction plan, as well coordinating and conducting Company induction for new starters

 Maintain up-to date knowledge of employment law and where to obtain further sources of support and
correspondingly update the business on regular changes in UK, EU and local legislation

 Conduct exit interviews including providing feedback and solutions to HRBP to advise on approaches to
reduce turnover.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience in a Global HR Shared Service role with close to 5 to 7 Yrs of experience in to HRSS

 Can provide guidance and advice in all instances regarding companywide policy and process in a polite and
courteous manner.

 Builds positive relationships with each department including the Management team.

 Competence in the use of MS Office and HR Information System

 Strong attention to detail

 Ability to multi-task and handle subsequent requests from the business as well as the HR team, sometimes
having to manage requests at short notice with quick turnaround times.

 Can provide accurate and timely reports to the HR Business Partner as well as the Senior Management
Team.

 Confident with presenting to teams.

 Delivers above and beyond what is required and always seeks to make continuous improvements to current
systems and working practises.
 Knowledgeable about our organisation, its functions and methods of operation.

 Comfortable working in an environment where the business is changing rapidly on a daily basis e.g. start up,
IT, dot-com etc.
