Candidate should have experience in Telecom Based companies 4+ years of experience in Telecom Voice networking.
2) CCNA voice Certification required.
3 ) Basic experience in IP networking.
4) In depth understanding of Telecom Protocols like H.323, SIP, TCP/IP,FTP/HTTP/ISDN PRI- E1/T1, BRI,PSTN.
5) Hands-on experience in handling DSLAM, SBC, IP-PBX, Voice media gateways and Call managers.
6) Good in configuring and troubleshooting of Avaya, Nortel and Alcatel devices.
7) Good Knowledge of the call flow and end user feature
8) Should have Ticketing tool handling experience.
9) Open for 24x7 availability.
10) Good communication skills
